A Tayside journalist is telling Tay News about the moment he was injured while reporting in Ukraine.
Graham Phillips has been released from hospital in Donestk after ten days of treatment and has shared a video of what happened.
The Dundee-born reporter said: "Having spent over a week in a war hospital in Donetsk with men with some of the worst wounds I've seen, consider myself very lucky indeed.
"I'll be back reporting, recording soon, from the frontline, getting you the best footage, but with a greater appreciation of the situation."
