Man attempts to rob teenage girl in Luncarty
Police Scotland is appealing for information after a man attempted to rob a 17 year old girl of her mobile phone in Luncarty, near Perth.
Police Scotland is appealing for information after a man attempted to rob a 17 year old girl of her mobile phone in Luncarty, near Perth.
Around 11.45pm on Wednesday 28 September the girl was walking on a public footpath at near to Sandeman Place in Luncarty when she was approached by the man, who engaged her in conversation and attempted to take her phone.
The girl was shocked by the incident by unhurt.
The man responsible is described as being 25-29 years old, wearing a red hooded top and dark jeans.
Anyone who may have seen this man or has information that may assist should contact Tayside Division on 101 or any Police Officer. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
