A vegetarian extravaganza with layers of flavours to spice up your lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 - sourdough carrot & cumin pita - 10g - Geeta's pomegranate and mango chutney - 50g - Pea puree - 25g - Cucumber salsa - 10g - Spinach - 150g - Marinated paneer - 5g - Pomegranate seeds - Squeeze of lime juice - 5g - Chopped coriander

Method / assembly order

  1. Naan style pita 2. Pea puree 3. Cucumber salsa 4. Fresh spinach 5. Marinated paneer (griddled) 6. Pomegranate seeds 7. Squeeze of lime 8. Geeta's pomegranate & mango chutney 9. Chopped coriander
