Two people arrested after cannabis grow discovered

Police have arrested two people after discovering a cannabis grow at a house in Codsall.

At around 9.20am on Friday, officers were called to an address near Watery Lane.

They attended and found a cannabis grow.

A 36-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, both from Codsall, were arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled drug of class B (cannabis).

Enquiries are ongoing.

The plants were seized and the property secured.

Officers across the region are continuing to proactively target drug cultivation as part of Operation Levidrome commitment.
