Man in hospital after Stoke-on-Trent shooting
Police are investigating what happened.

A man's in hospital following reports of a shooting in Stoke-on-Trent.
It happened yesterday afternoon on Dawlish Drive.
The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police have asked that people avoid the immediate area, unless absolutely necessary, to allow a full investigation to take place.
Officers are making house to house enquiries and to provide a visible reassurance to the local community.
No arrests have been made at this time.
