House fire in Hanley leaves woman with serious injuries
A man's been arrested on suspicion of arson over what happened yesterday
Staffordshire Police are treating a house fire in Hanley as deliberate.
Emergency services were called to a property in Eagle Street just before midday yesterday (Saturday 6th January).
A woman is in hospital with serious burns after being rescued by firefighters.
A 47-year-old man from Stoke-on-Trent has been arrested on suspicion of arson.
He remains in custody for questioning.
