The matter of a controversial North Staffordshire landfill will be heard in London's High Court again later.

An "early preliminary hearing" is taking place with campaigners saying it's a fresh fight against the regulator of Walleys Quarry - the Environment Agency and DEFRA.

It follows a similar case which took place last year involving a vulnerable child from Silverdale whose health was impacted by the landfill's fumes.
