Meanwhile, in League One, it was victory by the same score for Crewe over Northampton - thanks to a late goal from Owen Dale.
In League Two, it was a good weekend for Port Vale too - they beat Colchester 1 - 0.
Leicester reached their first FA Cup semi-final since 1982 by ending Manchester United's hopes in the competition.
They won 3-1 to set-up a Wembley meeting with Southampton.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will face quadruple chasing Manchester City in the other last-four tie.
Thomas Tuchel's team beat Sheffield United 2-0 to get there.
