Police appeal for help to trace man missing for a year
Trevor Farthing disappeared on June 21st 2017
Trevor Farthing was last seen on Wednesday, 21 June 2017 on Marshalls Cross Road, St Helens, at around 9.30am.
Despite extensive enquiries over the last year and appeals for information, Trevor is yet to be found. Trevor has been missing for a significant period of time, his family are devastated and want him home.
Trevor is described as white, 5ft 5in tall, of medium build and with a shaved head and blue eyes. He has a sleeve of tattoos on his right arm.
When he was last seen, Trevor was wearing a khaki green T-shirt and blue denim jeans.
He is known to frequent the canal paths of Newton-Le-Willows and surrounding areas.
Trevor’s partner, Marie Comber said: “Trevor has now been missing for 12 months. As a family, his daughters and I miss him terribly. We continue our search for him and are desperate for any information, however small. I’d appeal directly to Trevor and say, Trevor, we love you always, we miss you and we want you to come home. If you see this, please make contact with us or the police and just let us know you are safe.”
Detective Sergeant Jennie Beck: “We are continuing to make efforts to find Trevor and return him home safely to his family, who obviously miss him greatly.
“I would again reiterate our appeal to anyone who might have seen him over the last 12 months to get in contact. It doesn’t matter how much time has passed, any information about his whereabouts could assist in our search for him.”
