A former soldier from Lancashire who lost both of his legs during the war in Afghanistan, has abseiled down the Big One rollercoaster in Blackpool.

Sergeant Rick Clement had to have both his legs amputated after stepping on a bomb during the conflict in 2010.

Today, Rick has abseiled down the 65m tall rollercoaster to raise money for the Soldiers' Charity.

Comedy duo Tommy Cannon and Bobby Ball also took part in the charity abseil after being the first people to ride the rollercoaster in the 1980s
