A woman from East Lancashire who was diagnosed with cervical cancer at the age of 24 is urging women not to miss their smear tests.

It's Cervical Cancer Prevention Week and three ladies die from the disease every day.

A new study's found that nearly 4 million ladies don't go and get tested.

Rosie Hollis was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2009 at the age of just 24 years old.

She was not old enough to be eligible for a smear test, which are available to women across the UK from the age of 25.

Rosie has now been cancer free for 6 years - but is urging other women to take up the chance of having a smear test.
