A baby's been abandoned in an upside down pram in a Blackpool park.
A baby's been abandoned in an upside down pram in a Blackpool park.
A member of the public discovered her in Watson Road Park at seven o'clock yesterday morning (Sunday 24th July 2015).
Lancashire Police launched a search and found the baby's mother and six-year-old sister at a house in the town.
The baby and her sister are both safe and well.
A 42-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and is in custody being questionned.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch with them.
