Tributes paid to Wakefield man who died in Las Vegas accident
32-year-old Chris Moran passed away on Friday

Tributes are being paid to a Wakefield man who died after an accident in Las Vegas.
Police in America say that Leeds United fan Chris Moran was hit by a car on Friday (9/6/23).
Westgate Common ARLFC posted online saying that the 32-year-old was one of a kind.
The club say one their Facebook:
"After receiving the most horrendous news and a couple of days to process, as a club we would like to pay tribute to Chris Moran.
"We came together yesterday as a rugby family to support each other and our hearts are with all Chris’ family and friends. Chris was genuinely one of a kind, with an aura around him wherever he went.
"There’s so much more that could be said that a Facebook post doesn’t do it justice, but as a loyal supporter, sponsor, player and friend of Westgate, he will forever be with us."
A fundraiser has been set up to get Chris back to the UK and to support his family, so far it's raised around ÂŁ30,000.
