People in West Yorkshire suffering with mental health issues are told there is a way out

There are yet more calls for people in West Yorkshire who are struggling with mental health issues to seek help.
It's after shocking figures show more than 140 people died from suicide in the Yorkshire and Humber region in 2020 alone.
That's increased from 95 in 2017.
Grace Farrah from Unmasked in Halifax said:
"The governments attempted to do all they can to keep someone self, but there's a requirement for people to have that support when they are in a low place and are struggling mentally, I think it has had an impact on many people.
"We've seen a number in the number of attendees, it's been a very scary time for a lot of people and it just shows the high demand that there is for mental health services."
