Murder investigation launched after woman dies in Leeds
Police were called to Whinmoor yesterday evening
A murder investigation has been launched in Leeds, after a woman died yesterday evening.
Emergency services were called to Naburn Fold, in the Whinmoor area, at 6.31pm yesterday evening (Sunday 15th August), after a woman was found with serious injuries.
In a statement, West Yorkshire Police said: 'It was confirmed the woman had died at the scene and a murder investigation has been launched.
'Enquiries are ongoing and a police scene remains in place.'
