Around 20% of children in Calderdale living in poverty
The figures have stayed the same for around 5 years
It's been found around 20% of children under 16 in Calderdale are living in poverty.
That's according to the council there, who say over 8,000 are in the position.
The figures are said to have been the same for around 5 years and is worse than the England average.
The data, from a range of official sources including the Government and NHS, informs actions the council is taking action on reducing inequalities, which is is one of its major priorities.
