The website and phone app for the site formerly known as Twitter experienced issues this morning

The website and app for X, formerly known as Twitter, experienced a temporary outage - which appears to have now been fixed.
Thousands reported the site wasn't working earlier this morning.
Users were able to get on the website or open their app, but many say they were faced with a message reading "welcome to X" instead of the usual feed of posts.
Posts on users profiles were also not showing up on the site or the app.
It looks like areas on the site where people can take part in voice chat debates though weren't affected.
The issue appeared to have been resolved before 7am.
