Y&T Bassist Forced To Quit Tour

Phil Kennemore ruled out of current live duties

Y&T’s Phil Kennemore has been forced to pull out of the band’s current tour due to a back injury.

The bassist has been unable to hit the road with his bandmates as he needs to have treatment on his back. He has been replaced by Brad Lang, who was previously a member of War & Peace.

"Brad was gracious enough to step up to help us with less than 24-hours' notice. He's with us right now in Wisconsin, and is extremely proud and excited to be playing with Y&T and helping out for Phil," the band said in a statement.

Y&T released new album Facemelter back in May and the band have a UK tour lined up for October.
