Wilko Johnson & 15 More Bands For Sonisphere

Having previously played Knebworth back in 1978 (with Frank Zappa, The Tubes, Peter Gabriel and more), WILKO JOHNSON will be making a welcome return to the iconic site for Sonisphere 2014.

Since being diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer, the former Dr Feelgood guitarist refused chemotherapy treatment so that he could keep on playing live and record a final album with Roger Daltrey.

Also announced to be joining the bill are: ELECTRIC WIZARD, DOG EAT DOG (Playing All Boro Kings), ANTI-FLAG, BLACK SPIDERS, BRUTALITY WILL PREVAIL, EMP!RE, KROKODIL, RAGING SPEEDHORN, RECKLESS LOVE, STAMPIN’ GROUND, TESSERACT, THE DEFILED , THE HELL, THE HYPE THEORY, THE SAFETY FIRE.

Sonisphere 2014 takes place 4th-6th July and tickets are ON SALE NOW.
