Whitesnake unleash new video
'Soldier of Fortune' comes off the icons’ first new studio album in four years.
'The Purple Album' will contain a treasure-trove of classic songs from David Coverdale’s time in Deep Purple’s Mark 3 and 4 lineups, all re-imagined in Whitesnake’s inimitable dual-guitar style.
“It’s a tribute. A homage. It’s a huge thank you from me to Deep Purple for the opportunity I was given over 40 years ago,” says David Coverdale of the new album.
“As I said to Ritchie, you guys set me on an incredible journey that continues today and I couldn’t have asked for better teachers. The university of Deep Purple is an extraordinary, amazing school to learn from."

You can catch Whitesnake in concert this December, when they’ll be touring the UK with Def Leppard.
