WATCH: Ace Frehley premieres 'Fire and Water' video featuring Paul Stanley

Ace Frehley has premiered the video for his new single ‘Fire and Water’ featuring his former KISS bandmate Paul Stanley.
A cover of the title track from Free’s 1970 album ‘Fire and Water’, the video is the first one Frehley and Stanley have recorded together in 18 years.
“It was great working with Paul again,” says Frehley. “All the years we’ve spent apart doing other projects seemed to vanish once we hit the stage!”
He adds: “I thought Paul did a fabulous vocal on it. He jumped at the chance to do this because it’s something that’s outside of KISS and his character in KISS, and it gave him a chance to, you know, sing.
“With Paul, you usually think of him singing in a slightly higher register, and on ‘Fire and Water,’ he’s singing deep from his diaphragm, and it’s a real cool vocal. Everyone who’s heard it just thinks it’s the s***.”
‘Fire and Water’ is lifted from Frehley’s covers album ‘Origins Vol.1’, which was released earlier this month.
Also boasting guest spots from Slash, Lita Ford, John 5 and Mike McCready, the album features covers of tracks by Cream (‘White Room’), The Rolling Stones (‘Street Fighting Man’), Thin Lizzy (‘Emerald’), KISS (‘Parasite’), The Jimi Hendrix Experience (‘Spanish Castle Magic’) and more.
