AC/DC play ‘Touch Too Much’ live for the first time in 37 years
The 'Highway to Hell' classic has never been performed by Brian Johnson.
AC/DC surprised fans with the first performance of ‘Touch Too Much’ in 37 years in Prague last night (22nd May).
The ‘Highway To Hell’ classic was the penultimate track of their sprawling 25-song setlist at Letiště Praha Letňany on the latest pit stop of the Rock or Bust World tour.
Never performed by Brian Johnson, the last time it was aired live was in Nice, France on 14th December 1979. The Aussie rockers also mimed a version of ‘Touch Too Much’ on Top of the Pops on 7th February 1980, 12 days before Bon Scott’s untimely death.
When ambushed by celebrity gossip website TMZ at Los Angeles International Airport last month, Axl Rose professed that ‘Touch Too Much’ was his favourite AC/DC track “right now.”
