WATCH: 1000 people play David Bowie's Rebel Rebel at once

If you've ever been in a band, you'll appreciate how difficult it must have been to keep this many people in time...

Remember the Italians who wanted the Foo Fighters to play their town so badly, that a thousand of them got together to play 'Learning To Fly' simultaneously?

Well, they've done it again! This time, the organisers' aim was to bring "the experience of a thousand live, to a lot of people". To this end, they commandeered the 23,000-seat Stadio Dino Manuzzi and then put on a unique show.

As well as performing other songs by the likes of Nirvana and The White Stripes, the world's biggest rock band also thumped out this cover of Bowie's 'Rebel Rebel'

Watch the video here:

Rockin' 1000 organiser Fabio Zaffagnini said in a speech to the assembled thousands: "They're just, like, themselves, but they perform like rockstars, with no-one standing out. Showing us that with passion, dedication and f***ing hard work, we can transform our lives."

"So stick together. No more conflicts. And play rock 'n' roll!"

Now, that's a motto we can get behind!
