Velvet Revolver To Play With Scott Weiland
The original band will apparently reunite in LA next week
Classic Rock Magazine reports that Weiland will join his former bandmates for a one off performance at the House Of Blues in LA on 12 January.
The performance is at Love You Madly: A Concert For John O’Brien. O'Brien was a renowned film and TV composer found dead at the age of 45 in a Chicago hotel room on 20 August this year.
Also on the bill are Sheryl Crow, Tom Morello and Stephen Stills.
Velvet Revolver haven't played together since Weiland left at the end of a UK tour in early 2008.
