Velvet Revolver Have Nine Demos Recorded
Band are writing for their next record and will decide on a singer imminently
Matt Sorum has revealed that Velvet Revolver have nine demo tracks recorded and that they will have a decision made about their new singer this week.
In a brief Twitter post Sorum revealed that the band have nine demos in the can, and that they will make "the decision one way or another this week.”
Sorum also revealed in his Tweet that he is recording with former Runaway Cherie Currie.
The former GNR drummer is producing and playing on Currie’s first studio album since 1980, and the record is to be released later this year.
