Twisted Sister reunited on stage at the Metal Hall of Fame last night (Thursday 26th January) for their first live performance in seven years.
The metal band, whose last concert took place in Mexico in November 2016, were inducted into the Metal Hall Of Fame at the sixth annual charity gala at The Canyon club in Agoura Hills, California.
Guitar virtuoso Steve Vai was given the honour of inducting Twister Sister with band members Dee Snider, Jay Jay French, Eddie Ojeda, Mark Mendoza and late drummer A.J Pero all being celebrated.
Alongside their induction, the reunited Twisted Sister treated the audience a three-song live performance with Mike Portnoy on drums. Eddie Ojeda was unable to perform due to illness so Keith Warcholak stepped in.
Twisted Sister emphatically tore through ‘You Can’t Stop Rock 'N' Roll’, ‘Under The Blade’ and their biggest anthem ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’ at the event. You can watch all three performances, filmed by Fortheloveofrock, below.

Dee Snider has previously said he’s “one hundred percent committed” to Twisted Sister not reuniting permanently but he didn’t rule out one-off appearances.
"I could see us doing a couple of songs for charity, for the right reasons,” Snider told the Metal From The Inside podcast in 2021. “We got (back) together originally for charity, which was a good reason to get together.
“I could see (Jimmy) Fallon — he's a big fan — if he said, 'Hey, guys, can you guys come on (The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon) and do 'White Christmas' for us?' F--- yeah!
“But to do a tour, to do 90 minutes, two hours on a stage, I don't see that happening. And credit to everybody in the band, and I know some people — without naming names — some guys, they would have kept going; others did not wanna keep going.”
Over the festive period, Dee Snider sparked a backlash online when he argued that Ronnie James Dio and Robert Plant were good singers but “not great frontmen.”
