Tull's Ian Anderson Taking Classic Album On The Road

Watch Ian and his band perform Thick As A Brick in full

Published 26th Aug 2011

Starting in April, Ian will undertake a series of tours commemorating the 40th anniversary of his Jethro Tull album Thick As A Brick.

The No 1 Billboard Chart-topping Thick As A Brick album from 1972 will be played in its entirety, for the first time since its original tour. There will of course be some of the Jethro Tull hits thrown in for good measure.

The Thick As A Brick album will be performed as per the original recording, with a few surreal and humorous theatrical interjections. This high production tour will include special guests alongside Ian's band and incorporate video projection in the show.
