Trevor Bolder Tells All On Illness
Recent surgery was not for a heart attack, it was for cancer.
The Uriah Heep bassist has said he is now looking forward to life without the disease, and has plans for a Spiders From Mars reunion later this year.Â
His replacement for a handful of shows led to speculation that Bolder had suffered a heart attack, but he recently revealed to Classic Rock that was, in fact, cancer.Â
"I had a big operation in early January that will take me months to get over. In a couple of months I should be back to normal and doing roadwork with Uriah Heep. Originally, I was told it would be nine months. I've gone private now and they say it should be four months - as long as I take it steady."
