Trailer For Scorsese's George Harrison Doc Emerges
Film to be released in October
The first trailer for the film Living In The Material World has landed online, and it looks pretty great.
The film features contributions from everyone important in the former Beatle's life, from Paul McCartney to Eric Clapton to Eric Idle and many, many more, and it includes previously unseen footage of the guitarist throughout his life.
Scorsese says of Harrison's importance: "George was making spiritually awake music. We all heard and felt it - and I think that was the reason he came to occupy a very special place in our lives."
The film is released on Blu Ray and DVD on 10 October and it coincides with a book of the same name by George's wife Olivia, who has gathered together contributions from his friends and contemporaries along with letters and unpublished photos.
