The Black Sabbath guitarist will speak candidly about his life and legendary career at Birmingham Town Hall on Saturday 23rd June.

Hosted by television presenter Gary Newbon, the event follows his sellout show at the Town Hall in 2016.

Tickets to the spoken word event cost £25.50 and go on sale from 10am on Friday 30th March from the Town Hall and Symphony Hall website.

Black Sabbath played their swansong show at the 16,000 capacity Birmingham Genting Arena on 4th February 2017 – a performance that was immortalised in their live album and film ‘The End: Live in Birmingham’.

Despite Tony telling Planet Rock he wouldn’t rule out further Black Sabbath activity in future, in January Geezer Butler said a reunion is “not very likely at all.”

“I think Ozzy is going out on his farewell tour, so that will be him touring for the next two or three years,” Geezer told Full Metal Jackie.

“So, I don't think there will be any chance of doing any one-offs or anything like that — which I'm fine with. We went out on a high, and it's best not to drag it out."
