Tony Iommi Names Autobiography
Expect the Sabbath guitarist\'s life story in 2012
It's to be called Iron Man: My Life With Black Sabbath And Beyond, and will be published by Simon & Schuster.
Says the man himself: "I've been working on it for a long time. We've been so busy for the last couple of years it's been difficult finding the time to do it. But it's coming on and hopefully it will be out soon".
The book should be with us some time in 2012.
In the meantime, Tony's new single with Ian Gillan, Nicko McBrain, Jon Lord, Jason Newsted and Linde Lindstrom under the banner WHOCARES, is released next Monday.
The single will raise money for a new music school in Armenia which was destroyed by an earthquake in 1988 and is still yet to be rebuilt.
The single contains the music video for the song 'Out Of My Mind' and a 40 minute documentary about Tony and Ian's longstanding involvement with the Armenian cause.
