Knotfest UK’s full line-up and on-site activities will be announced in the coming weeks and months.

The Knotfest UK ticket announcement comes as Slipknot prepare to kick off their sold-out UK and Ireland arena tour at Dublin’s 3Arena tonight (14th January).

Slipknot’s lengthy headline trek also calls in at Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Sheffield, Nottingham, Cardiff and Birmingham before culminating at London’s The O2 on Saturday 25th January. They’re supported by Behemoth at all dates.

Since its inception in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 2012, Knotfest has been held in numerous countries alongside the USA including Canada, Japan, Mexico, Colombia and France.

Slipknot's sixth studio album 'We Are Not Your Kind' was released last August and stormed to number one on the UK album chart.

It was the first heavy metal album to reach the summit since Iron Maiden’s ‘The Book of Souls’ back in September 2015 and only the fifth metal chart topper this decade.
