Thunder announce second December 2021 Xmas show
The first date sold out in days
Last updated 8th Jul 2021
Thunder will play a second Christmas show in Wolverhampton this December due to phenomenal demand.
Fresh from being crowned Best British Band at The Rocks, Thunder announced their first Christmas show at Wolverhampton KK’s Steel Mill on Friday 17th December 2021 last month and it sold out within days of going on sale.
Luke Morley, Ben Matthews, Chris Childs, Harry James and Planet Rock’s very own Danny Bowes will now play a second show at KK’s Steel Mill on Saturday 18th December 2021. In keeping with Thunder’s traditional festive format, there will be two sets separated by a break.
Danny Bowes says: "We haven't played in front of actual people since February last year, so to finally do 2 shows back-to-back is a real treat, and we're chuffed to pieces.
“After being denied gigs for so long, I suspect it's going to be a weekend none of us (band and fans) will forget in a hurry, so let's have it!"
Thunder Xmas Show pre-sale:
Planet Rock has access to an exclusive pre-sale for the second Thunder show that starts RIGHT HERE at 10am on Thursday 8th July 2021. General sale follows on Friday.
