Undoubtedly one of the finest live rock acts around, Thunder will bring the fifth Planet Rockstock to an emphatic close with their bill-topping Main Stage set.

Planet Rock’s very own Danny Bowes joined Ian Danter on air this morning to break the good news. They join Monster Truck and Joanne Shaw Taylor who headline Friday and Saturday night respectively.

Their set at Rockstock will be another zenith in a triumphant 2017 for Thunder – a year that kicked off with ‘Rip It Up’ storming into the album chart at no.3, has seen them play a lengthy headline tour and will end with two sold-out Christmas shows in Wolverhampton.

Also confirmed for Planet Rockstock this morning and completing the line-up are RavenEye, who open the Main Stage on the Friday.

One of the standout acts at Planet Rock’s inaugural Winter’s End festival in February, RavenEye are certain to be on fine form when they play Rockstock having played dates in the UK and mainland Europe throughout the autumn.

Their massive single ‘Come With Me’ was on heavy rotation on our airwaves this summer and the Milton Keynes trio have played Download Festival and supported Aerosmith on their Aero-Vederci Baby! tour.

Thunder and RavenEye join a Planet Rockstock bill that boasts Bernie Marsden, Dan Reed Network, Michael Monroe, Stone Broken, Rock Goddess, Brother Firetribe, King King, Bernie Torme, Electric Boys, Massive Wagons, Bad Touch, Son of Man and many more.

Completely sold out, the fifth Planet Rockstock takes place at Trecco Bay, South Wales from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd December 2017.

The final line-up poster looks like this:
