The Roth Show - Episode 2

David Lee Roth of Van Halen may be taking a break from touring, but he is keeping himself occupied by creating a series of videos called "The Roth Show", the second of which has just been released.

Titled "The Language of Video" Roth speaks in depth and at length about the process of creating films and music videos, including technical history and the lessons from his own experiences, creating videos for the band and his solo career. Roth is responsible for Van Halen's "Jump" and his version of "California Girls".

Van Halen continue in their hiatus from the "A Different Kind Of Truth" tour due to the illness of lead guitarist Eddie Van Halen, who is recuperating following a severe bout of diverticulitis. The required surgery forced the band to cancel dates in North America and Japan.
