Part of a larger European jaunt, the UK leg of The Age of the Raven Tour opens in Glasgow on Monday 23rd October and calls in at Manchester, Birmingham, London, Bristol and Belfast.

Tickets go on sale from Planet Rock Tickets at 10am on Friday 4th August.

As well as announcing the tour dates, co-founding member and guitarist Dan Wright has confirmed that he’s being replaced by Tony Maue as he concentrates on managing the band full time.

“I am happy to confirm that Tony Maue is officially taking over my performing role as guitarist in The Raven Age,” says Dan.

“With the band doing so well and moving from strength to strength, I have decided to make managing The Raven Age my full-time role. This will allow me to focus on delivering the most exciting experiences for our fans and help the band to explore new opportunities.

“When we created The Raven Age, we never imagined that we'd achieve half of what we have so far. Tony’s addition to the line-up is now allowing me to focus my time on growing the band that I love. The band is in the best possible position and we are all excited for what the future holds”

Alongside new axeman Tony, The Raven Age consists of co-founding member George Harris – son of Iron Maiden’s Steve Harris – on guitars, Matt Cox (bass), Michael Burrough (vocals) and Jai Patel (drums).

The Raven Age played a triumphant set at Planet Rockstock in Trecco Bay last December and were also crowned Best New Band at The Rocks in March this year.
