The Cult to headline Ramblin’ Man Fair 2018
Ramblin’ Man Fair organisers have confirmed that The Cult will headline this summer’s rock, blues, country and prog extravaganza.
Ian Astbury, Billy Duffy and co.’s eagerly-anticipated Main Stage slot on Sunday 1st July will be their only UK performance of the year and their first on these shores since their acclaimed March 2016 tour.
Also joining the previously confirmed Halestorm, Blackberry Smoke and Sons of Apollo on the Main Stage are Glaswegian hard rock bastions GUN, who released their latest album ‘Favourite Pleasures’ last autumn.
Bringing the cheeky cockney chappy charm to the Blues Stage are Chas & Dave. They join a bill that already boasts headliners Gov’t Mule, Jim Jones and the Righteous Mind and Kris Barras.
Elsewhere, Me & That Man will bolster a Country Stage line-up that already features headliners Steve Earle & The Dukes performing a UK exclusive set of ‘Copperhead Road’ and hits from their back catalogue.
Newly joining Fish (performing ‘Clutching At Straws’), Mostly Autumn and Von Hertzen Brothers on the Prog In The Park Stage are Voyager and Goldray.
The fourth Ramblin’ Man Fair takes place at the stunning surroundings of Mote Park in Kent on Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July 2018.
Already a rock institution, since its inception in 2015 Ramblin’ Man Fair has boasted performances from Whitesnake, Black Stone Cherry, ZZ Top, the late-great Gregg Allman, Scorpions, Extreme, Marillion, Dream Theater, Saxon, Thin Lizzy, Thunder, UFO, Airbourne, Europe, Uriah Heep, Procol Harum, Black Star Riders, Rival Sons, Joanne Shaw Taylor and many more.
Weekend general admission tickets are on sale from Planet Rock Tickets now. For all other tickets head to the Ramblin’ Man Fair tickets page right here.
