The Cadillac Three add a new member

Here at Planet Rock, we're big fans of The Cadillac Three - whether it's recording them in session, having them at last year's Rockstock or playing their tunes - and as anyone who's seen them will tell you, we think they're awesome live.
Imagine our consternation however, on hearing that the Southern boys had taken on a new member! Why, oh why, would they mess with their winning formula??

We needn't have been concerned. It turns out that Jaren, Neil and Kelby have been hanging out with none other than Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, and brought him on for a raucous rendition of 'Sweet Emotion'.

Introducing Tyler on-stage, Jaren told the sold-out hometown crowd at The Cannery Ballroom in Nashville: "He's the reason we are in a band and the reason we started playing music from the beginning". Tyler returned the favour by asking the crowd, "Do you wanna hear some more? From The Cadillac 4?" and revealed a band t-shirt upon which he'd added his own '4'. They then proceeded to rip the roof off, with Tyler throwing in all his trademark moves to a rapturous audience.

After the show, Jaren said: “Having our fans and the place we grew up party, dance and get loud, man, was everything to us! And seriously, to have one of our biggest idols, and now friend, sing with us, we definitely couldn’t dreamed this up when we started this crazy journey!”
