The Black Crowes cancel five UK shows and reschedule the rest
They cite scheduling issues for the cancellations
The Black Crowes have rescheduled their upcoming UK shows in London and Manchester and cancelled their concerts in Glasgow, Nottingham, Cardiff, Sheffield and Leeds.
The recently reunited Robinson brothers were due to play eight headline UK concerts in October 2020 as part of the European leg of their 'Shake Your Money Maker' 30th anniversary tour.
The band’s two concerts at London O2 Academy Brixton and show at Manchester O2 Apollo will now take place in late October 2021.
Citing “scheduling issues”, The Black Crowes have confirmed that their shows at Glasgow SSE Hydro, Nottingham Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield City Hall, Cardiff Motorpoint Arena and Leeds First Direct Arena will no longer be going ahead.
The Black Crowes have also axed a number of European shows, however their gig at Dublin 3Arena has been rescheduled for Thursday 21st October 2021.
In a statement, The Black Crowes said: “The band was so excited to come play for you this fall but the 2020 Shake Your Money Maker shows in the UK and Europe have been rescheduled for Oct and Nov 2021, due to safety concerns and local regulations.
“All original tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled dates. Unfortunately, some previously scheduled shows have been cancelled due to scheduling issues and additional concerts are being added in Barcelona, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
“Until then, please continue to stay safe and healthy and be kind to one another. Love, TBC”
