The Answer First Play

Tune in to Nicky Horne\'s show tonight to hear ROCK N ROLL OUTLAW

Published 28th Apr 2011

Nicky Horne will be giving The Answer's ROCK N ROLL OUTLAW its first ever radio play tonight after 6pm.

The song is taken from brand new DVD/CD 412 Days of Rock N Roll, which is a comprehensive brand new set containing live footage and audio tracks and an hour long documentary about the band's time on the road with AC/DC in 2009-10.

The set also contains all of the band's promo clips to date (nine in total) and two brand new songs - including this cover of Rose Tattoo's 'Rock N Roll Outlaw' and an unreleased demo version of 'Fooled Me.'

"In the course of that year, we got to see the world, whether it was cruising the length & breadth of America & Canada, racing through border controls between Belgrade & Athens in order to make the gig on time, or squeezing in a whistle stop tour of Japan whilst on our Easter break," says frontman Cormac Neeson. "The sights, the sounds and the people we encountered along the way blew our minds! We truly had to throw caution to the wind and let ourselves be thrown up and spun around by the joyous momentum of it all..."

The set is released on 30 May via the band's new label Spinefarm Records.

The Answer play a one-off London show at the Borderline on 18 May to launch the film.
