Showcasing another side of the band, ‘Song of Hope’ opens with atmospheric piano plonks and tender vocals from frontman Colin Parkinson before morphing into a lighters-in-the-air rock anthem.

Written and produced by Temple of One with Tony Draper on mixing duties, ‘Song of Hope’ is available to download from Friday 31st May. Watch the video first here:

Both ‘Song of Hope’ and predecessor ‘The Cards’ are lifted from Temple of One’s as-yet-untitled debut album which lands later this year.

Temple of One are former Inglorious stars Colin Parkinson (vocals, bass) and Drew Lowe (guitars), together with drummer Greenie.

The trio play London Borderline on Saturday 18th May alongside Daxx & Roxane and Collateral, and Communion of Rock Festival in Pontypridd on 13th October.

They will then see out the year with a coveted New Rock Stage slot at Planet Rockstock on Sunday 8th December. All  accommodation tickets are sold out, however a limited number of weekend tickets (without accommodation) are available to buy right here.
