Stockdale Goes Solo

"I'm putting this record out as Andrew Stockdale.... it's a different trip now and I need to be true to myself" tweeted Andrew Stockdale recently. the singer plans to release recordings begun by Wolfmother in 2011 as a solo work, rather than as the band's third album, as was originally intended. 

The album is set to be released later this year, although a specific date is yet to be confirmed. However Keep Moving has been revealed as the record's title. 

On moving on from Wolfmother, Stockdale stated: 

"Let's acknowledge it for what it was but in all honesty and all seriousness, I've always been a solo songwriter. Now, I would rather call it for what it is. It's a solo project."
