Steve Hackett Trapped In Bus
Farcical scenes as former Genesis man traps himself in tourbus luggage hold - but he still makes the stage on time
Steve Hackett managed to get trapped in the luggage hold of his tour bus on Thursday night, but somehow still made the stage on time.
The former Genesis man was looking for his favourite guitar at the back of the luggage hold on his tour bus in Bath on Thursday when the door slammed shut and could not be opened from the inside.
Steve managed to find his mobile and call the tour manager, but when rescue came it turned out that the door was jammed shut and could not be opened from the outside.
Emergency services / locksmiths were called and the door was eventually opened freeing Steve and his favourite guitar so that they could make the stage, miraculously, on time.
