W.A.S.P., The Wildhearts, Lita Ford and 9 more for Steelhouse Festival 2025

Welsh rock music extravaganza Steelhouse Festival has announced the first 12 bands on its line-up, including two headliners.

The 14th Steelhouse Festival once again takes place up the mountain at Haford-Y-Dafal Farm in Ebbw Vale, South Wales on the weekend of Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July 2025.

Topping the bill on the Saturday night are LA metallers W.A.S.P., and it will be Blackie Lawless and co.’s only UK festival performance of the year.

The new incarnation of The Wildhearts, led by the inimitable Ginger Wildheart, have the honour of headlining on the Friday. It’s the band’s first Welsh date since their re-activation.

Ginger Wildheart enthuses: “We’re going to blow your mountain up and take some of it home to harness the hard rock power. Let’s f---ing have this”.

Elsewhere, Wolfsbane will make their inaugural appearance at Steelhouse on Friday, while rock icon Lita Ford takes the special guest slot on Saturday before W.A.S.P.

Wolfsbane said, “We’re so excited about the Steelhouse Festival. We love any excuse to do a Wolfsbane show!! It’s all our original members from the first album.

“We will be performing big hits, and a couple of new songs from our new album ‘Genius’. Jase says playing our song ‘Steel’ at Steelhouse is PERFECT! We just can’t wait.”

Representing the contemporary rock scene on the bill are Asomvel, Kit Trigg, Marisa & The Moths, Muddibrooke, Tailgunner, These Wicked Rivers, The Treatment and Scarlet Rebels.
