Local boys Skindred will top the bill on the Saturday night (29th July) with Planet Rock favourites Stone Broken also performing over the weekend.

“We're really honoured to announce Skindred as our Saturday headliner,” said promoters Mikey Evans and Max Rhead. “Anyone who has ever seen them live will have experienced the sheer force and presence of their performance - they truly bring it.

“This show will have the extra potency of this being a sort of homecoming. As a Welsh Rock festival we're truly buzzed to have a Welsh band headline the festival.

“We’re also delighted that Stone Broken will be joining the line-up – many more acts are still to be announced!  After the success of last year's event we are delighted to be pulling the kind of acts that will really maintain our upward trajectory!"

Rich Moss of Stone Broken enthuses: "Hell Yeah! We're thrilled to be playing Steelhouse Festival next year. It has a great and growing rep and we can't wait to rock the mountain!"

Billed as ‘The Welsh International Classic Rock Festival’, the seventh Steelhouse Festival takes place at Hafod-Y-Dafal Farm in Ebbw Vale, Gwent, Wales on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July 2017.
