Soundgarden Album Delayed
Don't expect the new record before the winter
In a new interview with an Australian radio station frontman Chris Cornell was asked about whether his band would tour down under anytime soon and he let slip "Well the album will be out in the fall, so sometime after that.”
That news is at odds with the reports that the band had basically completed the new album at the end of 2011. However, it is also the first acknowledgement of any fixed released schedule.
No doubt the band will debut some new material at Download Festival in June.
