A Beatles themed hotel has just opened in Liverpool
The Daily Mail reports that the floating hotel, named The Fab 4 Yellow Sub, opened in Albert Docks over the weekend.
The " yellow submarine" designed hotel, which you can see HERE, was a narrowboat which previously belonged to Paramount Studios and was used in the film The Hunt for the Red October. The hotel has three bedrooms and a lounge, which contains a scooter used in the film Quadrophenia. Rooms cost £149 - £350 a night.
The 80-ft vessel-turned hotel is the brainchild of eccentric businessman Alfie Bubbles,who said "I’m not a massive Beatles fan to be honest. They’re not my favourite band!”
