Slash To Release Manchester Live Album

Limited edition double live record due

Slash will be releasing a limited edition live album recorded at his Manchester Academy show on 3 July.

There will only be 1200 double-disc CD sets ever produced. The album will cost £20 and can be either ordered from SlashOnline or bought at the show itself.

These very special CDs will be fully mixed and mastered on-the-fly specifically for delivery to CD – not to be confused with a "board” mix, which usually just involves plugging into the house sound console and taking their mix. Therefore the quality will be very close to a "studio” mixed live CD.

For additional information or to purchase the CD, head to www.slashonline.com.

Slash released his debut solo album earlier this year which featured contributions from, amongst others, Ozzy Osbourne, Ian Astbury, Iggy Pop, Dave Grohl, Lemmy and Chris Cornell.

The touring band includes Alter Bridge frontman Myles Kennedy, Bobby Schneck on guitar; Todd Kerns on bass and backing vocals; and Brent Fitz on drums.
