Slash Gets Hollywood Star
The guitarist will be honoured next month
Blabbermouth reports that the Hollywood Chamber Of Commerce will give the former Guns N Roses guitarist his own place on the famous boardwalk in front of the Hollywood Hard Rock Cafe on 10 July.
"Slash is widely considered one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time," said Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk Of Fame ceremonies, "We are proud to place his name among the stars on our fabled Hollywood Walk Of Fame."
Slash and Myles Kennedy will perform at a private acoustic performance and exclusive question-and-answer session at Hard Rock Café Hollywood Blvd.
