Slash Backs Rory For Hall Of Fame

Gallagher is amongst one of the many acts that has never even been nominated for inclusion in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, but a petition to at least get the guitarist considered has begun and it has one very important backer.

Slash took to Twitter to offer his support for the campaign, saying "Please sign this petition to help get Rory Gallagher inducted into RRHF."

The petition has been under way for well over a year now, but Slash has helped give the campaign a little boost with his Tweet, and the number of signatures is now approaching 10,000.
